Orders & Payments

Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-order are purchased before their official release or availability date.

Any expected release, dispatch or delivery dates shown on the website are estimates and may change due to printing, freight, publishing or other circumstances outside my reasonable control.

If a significant delay or change affects your pre-order, I will make reasonable efforts to provide an update using the contact information supplied with your order.

If a pre-ordered product cannot ultimately be supplied, you will receive a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, pre-order release dates and other circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

I want your book to arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another problem with your purchase, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund or other solution.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted unless otherwise stated on the website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Signed & Personalised Books

Where signed or personalised books are offered, please check any requested names or personalisation carefully before placing your order.

Personalised products generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
